“In everything we seek and in all things we strive for, there may be faults, so we must ask for forgiveness. We must take the eraser of forgiveness, fashion it with each breath, and make it strong enough so that God may erase away all our sins. The eraser of forgiveness is the only thing that can wipe away our sins. Therefore, fashion that, create that, within each breath. We have to develop the intention and the breath necessary for prayer, meditation, worship, and service (ibadat). We have to create it, develop it, and give it into God’s hands. That will be the paradise in our lives. Then we will attain paradise.” “M.R. Bawa Muhaiyaddeen- a Sufi mystic, can best be remembered for his efforts to bring unity through understanding to the faithful of all religions.” Copyright: To Die Before Death- The Sufi Way of Life Pg. 231-232 Bawa Muhaiyaddeen Fellowship Family Newsletter Jun – Jul 2001
