The 38th Sign

The thirty-eighth sign is that there will be a very big war, bigger than any air or land battle. It will be an atomic war. Destruction will occur through fire and water. Everyone will be destroyed by this destruction; the entire world might be reduced to ashes. This period is drawing rapidly near. (9/25/79)

Four countries will be involved in this war, one from the West and three from the East. The war will start between Russia or China (7/1/78) and a country from the West. It will be the time of mass destruction. If this war begins, both the nation from the East and the one from the West will be highly skilled in scientific research. The country in the West will have belief in God, but the country from the East will not and will use many tricks to entice people.

Initially these two will be the leading factions; but then they will be joined by others, creating two groups. There will be fighting throughout the entire world; every country will be fighting another country. And through all these wars, the two leading parties will try to gain victory. The fighting will continue to spread until, finally, a war will begin in the East, in Jerusalem or Damascus or in Asia, and that war will lead to the destruction of the world. In this yuga, these three phases (first, the war between one country from the East and one from the West; second, all the smaller countries joining these two factions; and third, a war that starts in the East) will accumulate into a great war that will be very destructive.

Destruction will come through the use of new weapons, such as chemical rays that are more deadly than the poison of a thousand snakes, and bombs created from atoms, fire, air, smoke, germs, and poisons. It will be very subtle; certain people will take the things from the world and use them to destroy the world. They will cause men, while still alive, to melt into water. They will be able to kill a person in one second. They will use substances that have the power to melt iron into liquid. Rocks, mountains, and houses will melt. They will do this through many agencies. They will manufacture arrows (missiles) that will be able to travel from one to three hundred miles, from one country to another. Through new inventions and tricks, they will make instruments that will be unmanned, and through the use of magnetic forces, these weapons will be able to seek and destroy specified targets. In the old days, people sought and destroyed through magic, but in these times, atoms and magnets will be used to energize the weapons, and people will be able to control them as they wish, in order to capture and destroy other lands.

By the end of the war, it will appear as though the whole world has been destroyed. Human beings and animals alike will be destroyed. Because of the use of fire, water, air, and smoke, very few people will be left in this world.

Destruction will be so great that those few who do escape and go in search of shelter will have to search for five or ten miles before they find a single house. The whole world will be in that state of massive destruction. (6/1/78) Because people have lost their faith in God, God’s protection will have decreased. Each individual will be destroyed according to his or her deeds. At this time, when God’s grace is no longer being showered upon the world, people will be destroyed through their own injustice.

When the world is in that state, the groups of Ya’juj and Ma’juj (1) will appear, and they will be lead by Dajjal, the Antichrist. Prayer and worship will no longer exist. They will be gone. The Qunut prayer said between 2:30 and 3:30 in the morning will no longer exist. God made it a law that this prayer must be recited, so that the Antichrist call Dajjal could be controlled. (6/1/78)

Dajjal is mentioned in the Qur’an. His mother’s name is Jadda and his father’s name is Badda. Jadda means bad qualities, and Badda, the quality of arrogance. Dajjal means the degenerate qualities. He exists in two ways: one as the external physical form that will appear in Damascus, and the other as the quality that exists in the mind of mankind which denies Allah, the quality of arrogance which refuses to accept Allah. This is the quality that arose in Satan when Adam (A.S.) was created.

While Adam (A.S.) was still in the form of earth, Satan spat on him, and Satan’s evil qualities spread within him and multiplied until Adam (A.S.) had tens of millions times more of the bad qualities than Satan. Allah separated those qualities from Adam (A.S.) and took them away. That is what is called Dajjal, the qualities that were separated from the earth-form of Adam (A.S.) and kept on ‘Arafat mountain. Seventy thousand iron chains and seventy thousand angels (malaks) were kept there to guard Dajjal. (6/1/78) Seven mountains were placed on top of him, and God placed His food of grace (rahmat) on the very top to prevent the Antichrist from coming out.

Dajjal is the leader of the Ya’juj and Ma’juj groups. He is the leader of those who have lost absolute faith (iman). The people of the Ya’juj and Ma’juj groups deny Allah and have lost truth, honesty, and patience (sabur). They believe in tricks, deceit, scheming, magic, and treachery. They live trusting and having faith in earth, fire, air, water, and ether and in maya. They swim in the energies of these elements, in mantras, tricks, magics, mesmerisms, occult powers, and miracles and fight against truth. Those qualities are known as Dajjal.

The qualities that were separated from man and imprisoned will come out. Dajjal licks away at the earth and the mountain under which he is imprisoned, trying to come out. The Qunut prayer is prescribed for the true believers (mu’mins); those with absolute faith (iman) must recite this as their first prayer of the day. Otherwise, the qualities that are ten times worse than the qualities of Satan will go on licking at man while he is asleep. They will lick away at the truth in his heart (qalb). There is a tiny piece of flesh (2) in the heart, and these qualities go on licking in order to destroy the truth housed there. That piece of flesh is the house of faith (iman).

The ‘Arafat mountain is within the heart (qalb) of man. Dajjal is bound within this mountain, and upon it Allah has placed the foot of His power (qudrat). Allah has bound Dajjal with faith, certitude, determination, with Prophet Muhammad, the Rasul (Sal.), with the embodiment of divine analytic wisdom, the Qutb (Ral.), with the favorites of God (auliya), and with divine knowledge (‘ilm).

For some this is a rocky mountain; their hearts are like stone and cannot be broken. Arrogance, karma, and maya and love of earth, gold, and sensual pleasures join together to make their hearts harder than black granite. They are like rocks filled with curses, bad words, and falsehood. That is known as the mountain of curses (Thurshana Malai).

No matter how much wisdom, love, justice, and explanations are given to their hearts, they have lost faith in Allah, and that black granite will not break. Even if somehow their hard hearts are broken down with the love of Allah and divine knowledge (‘ilm), they will still be barren and dry.

Moses (A.S.) climbed to the top of that mountain, spoke to God, and received the Ten Commandments. He climbed over the rocky mountain of falsehood and hypocrisy and the mountain of anger (Kobokai Malai). He spoke to Allah on top of the mountain of curses and the mountain of desire (Seenai Malai). He went beyond desires. He went beyond those three mountains (the mountain of anger, the mountain of curses, falsehood, and deceit, and the mountain of the dog of desire in the mind), and he communed with Allah.

These three mountains are shown in the scriptures as examples to strengthen man’s understanding, but they are also found within man. Allah’s sound is heard within and Allah is seen within. It is with that one point of Allah’s power (qudrat) that Dajjal is bound and kept under wraps. The qualities of Dajjal, which are ten times stronger than Satan, were separated from man.

Only one tenth of Dajjal’s qualities are Satan’s and are currently seen on the earth. But in the period after the great war when faith (iman) is lost, when certitude and prayers are given up, when good conduct and patience (sabur) are lost, then the qualities of Dajjal will come out. That will be the time of destruction.

If in our sleep and our waking moments we do not practice the remembrance of God (dhikr), prayer from the heart (vanakkam), and worship through service (‘ibadat), and if we do not give all glory to God (tasbih) and have the intention for God with every breath, Dajjal will begin to lick us. If we do not have that yearning and intention, he will begin to lick us from the place in our heart called the Bismin kai (3) . He will begin to lick the earth, the rock, the water, and the air, and he will keep licking it and try to come out before 3:30 a.m., before subhah, and before the early morning prayers (dhikr). All the bad qualities will try to come out.

When these qualities come out, that will be Dajjal. The form of these qualities is Ya’juj and Ma’juj. People in whom these qualities settle will belong to these two groups. They will swim in the energies of fire, water, earth, air, ether, and maya and come to fight against Allah’s love and grace (rahmat) and try to change good qualities.

These people will come in the war that I spoke of earlier, in the thirty-eighth sign. Together they are Dajjal, the degenerate group. All ten portions of evil qualities will emerge at this time and strengthen Satan’s qualities. All Satan’s qualities such as complete falsehood, mantras, magic, mesmerism, and bad intentions, spoken of in the thirty-seventh sign, will gain strength. This is a time when true faith (iman) will be changed and trust will be completely lost. Darkness will envelop and change everything.

No one will be praying the Qunut any more, and Dajjal will escape. As soon as Dajjal emerges, he will come to Russia and declare, “I am god!” Through mesmerism, he will bring down the skies and show hell in one hand and heaven in the other hand. He will say, “I am your god! Come, everyone!” He will beckon the people and show many miracles. He will kill those who believe in God and call those who believe in him to come to heaven.

Footnotes:
1) Also referred to in the Holy Qur’an as Gog and Magoq, Sura XVIII, Verses 83-98.
2) Bismin kai- The Bismin kai is an actual piece of flesh, a small node on the outer surface of the right side of the heart, near the lungs. It is called a piece of flesh and within it is a point, a power, a place where the light dwells. It is God’s house. He placed wisdom, the alif, the qutbiyyat (the sixth level of consciousness which explains the truth of God), and everything else within it. Within it is the explanation that makes you remember things.
The Bismin kai is indestructible. It can never be destroyed by anything. It is through this point that we are raised up from the grave on the Day of Questioning (Qiyamah). All the good and bad that we have done is within that point, and it will be raised up and questioned.
The Bismin kai exists in humans as well as in animals. If the one who performs the qurban (the ritual slaughter of animals to make them permissible to eat) has a clear heart and absolute faith (iman), then no blood will stay within the Bismin kai of the animal he slaughters.
This point is the place where the dhikr goes and stays. (Dhikr is the constant remembrance of God, the constant recitation of “La ilaha ill-Allahu: There is nothing other than You, O God. Only God exists.”) God has built this in a subtle way for man to pray in. Going there and worshipping there is the only true prayer where you can dwell with God.
